The Central Virginia Cattlemen Association (CVCA) was formed in the Fall of 1998. Currently there are approximately 240 producers in the association who own a total of over 24,000 brood cows. Our association headquarters is located in Orange, Virginia. The purpose of the group is to promote and improve livestock production, education, and marketing of beef cattle. CVCA News and Announcements   Title 2012 CVCA Dues Annual dues are $50 for all producers.  Dues are paid for the calendar year and are not pro-rated. Only producer members in good standing can purchase supplies at CVCA discount prices, participate in CVCA sponsored sales, etc.  For a copy of the 2012 membership form, please look under "Document Library" on this website.   Next Mineral Order/Check Due by Thursday, February 23 The next order date for minerals will be Thursday, February 23.  Orders and checks must be received by 4:30 p.m. to the Orange Extension Office.  The pickup will be Thursday, March 1 to either Somerset Plantation or W.D./Sam Harris.
